Walnut Raised Panels

We’re working on a big walnut media unit thingy. Space for the TV, some speakers and the whisky. We’re getting through it and we’re just doing the raised panels for the doors just now.

The panels on the right go into the doors on the left. The doors on the left are just sat together, the panel goes inside then they’ll be glued together.

These units are solid walnut and the carcasses are done with a walnut veneered board. They’ll be spray finished with a matt lacquer. Should look pretty good. Along with this media unit there’s a fitted walnut desk for two people. Pretty nice job and the walnut’s pretty nice to work with.

This is all being handmade in Argyll then we’ll deliver it to just outside Stirling. (I write the names of places in here so that google can find it. I’ve got a zero budget marketing plan, it’s the way I’ve always done it) :)
