Job Pictures for People...
/Over Christmas and New Year I usually get some enquiries for different types of jobs. Maybe because people are sitting about doing nothing and planning stuff they want to do to their house then get to google.
Here’s some pictures I’ve sent to show potential clients some examples. There’s some front doors, some flooring, some wall panelling, a coffered ceiling, a walnut unit and a small home office. All older jobs.
Are Farrow & Ball shades of blue the most popular colour in the world!
I’m not sure if this lady done this colour scheme to annoy the neighbours. I actually got quite a few jobs from this one from people driving/walking by. Funny how it all works.
Some wall panelling and a small bit of herring bone flooring…
A kind of coffered ceiling. Not that popular here but I don’t know why.
A small home office. This was before. All the glass wool insulation came out and was replaced with kingspan, kingspan is the brand name, there’s other brands but it always gets called kingspan. You can call it whatever you want.
Another Farrow & Ball shade. I’m sure this was undercoat in Railings. I’m not sure. But I’d happily take the job of giving paint colours its name.
A fitted wardrobe. The client’s have the same shape of ceiling as the one above. But it’s going a dark shade of a Farrow & Ball blue…
And a walnut unit. Sliding doors and push to open drawers. The drawers were push to open so the grain could run across the front with no gaps for handles or actual handles fitted to it.
So that’s the pictures I’ve sent out for potential jobs. It usually gets moving by end of January then by mid February onwards it keeps pretty steady. Busier this year with a few renovations but I’ve got some good guys now so we can get through quite a bit of work. Just waiting on another world event to stop everything from flowing nicely.
